Live Out Groundskeeper/Handyman/Driver near Oxshott, Surrey

Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced individual to work for their family and in their permanent residence. This family have 4 dogs and chickens on the estate. A gardener comes once a week to assist.

The successful candidate will be confident with groundskeeping and DIY, handy work and if they have any trade skills or background in a trade that would be an added advantage.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Mowing, hedging, trimming of lawns and garden beds
• Planting, pruning, and maintaining shrubs and trees
• Maintaining garden machinery
• Regularly checking, maintaining, and cleaning the swimming pool and steam room
• Help care for dogs
• Handyman duties i.e minor repairs and basic electrics and plumbing
• Performing minor repairs or maintenance tasks around the house or garden when needed
• Driving duties as and when needed. Must be childfriendly as this will include some school runs too
• Valeting and servicing 3 cars

Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm but negotiable

Salary: market rate
