Location: Indian Creek (Miami Beach) + Domestic & International Travel- Heavy Travel

A private, ultra-high-net-worth family of two adults is seeking an exceptional Full-Time Vegan Chef to join their household. Based in Indian Creek, Miami Beach, this role requires a highly skilled, health-conscious, and discreet professional who can deliver elevated, restaurant-quality vegan cuisine while seamlessly integrating into a private home environment.
This is a dynamic position for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting and is comfortable traveling with the family both domestically and internationally.
* Prepare daily plant-based (vegan) meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and occasional entertaining
* Create innovative, seasonal, and nutritionally balanced menus tailored to the principals’ preferences
* Source the highest quality organic and specialty ingredients
* Accommodate dietary preferences, wellness goals, and evolving tastes
* Execute elegant plated meals as well as more casual day-to-day dining
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
* Manage inventory, provisioning, and vendor relationships
* Travel with the family and replicate consistency across multiple residences
* Coordinate with household staff and adapt to the rhythms of a private home
* Proven experience as a Private Chef in UHNW households
* Strong specialization in vegan / plant-based cuisine (fine dining background highly preferred)
* Creative, adaptable, and well-versed in global cuisines
* Highly discreet, polished, and professional
* Comfortable working in a flexible schedule where days off may vary based on the family’s needs
* Passport-ready with the ability to travel frequently
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Positive, service-oriented mindset with a no-task-too-small attitude
* Schedule is typically 5 days per week, with flexibility required
* Days off will vary week to week depending on the family’s schedule
* Travel is a significant component of this role
