Lifestyle Manager & Personal Right-Hand Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA (private residence)
Type: Full-time, hybrid live-in / live-out
Schedule: 2–3 days live-in per week + live-out the remaining days (flexible schedule with some days off that may shift). 24/7 support mindset with occasional flexibility required.
This is a highly confidential position for a very private, health- and wellness-oriented household.
We are seeking a calm, joyous, and genuinely happy right-hand assistant who naturally brings a steady, supportive, and attentive presence to a high-functioning neurodivergent principal.
This is not a role where you do everything at once — it’s about being a reliable, proactive partner who knows how to handle whatever comes up with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the house beautifully organized and running smoothly
- Manage vendors, errands, and household logistics
- Handle a mix of personal assistant and executive assistant tasks
- Prepare simple, healthy meals (cooking is a plus)
- Drive, run errands, and assist with day-to-day needs
- Care for and interact warmly with dogs
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a private household setting (house manager, lifestyle manager, or similar role)
- Personal or professional experience with nervous system regulation or supporting neurodivergent individuals
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or handling corporate tasks and executive-level support
- Polished professional presentation and demeanor
- Naturally calm, patient, and tuned-in energy — the kind of person whose attentive presence helps create a supportive, low-stress environment
- Genuinely joyous, upbeat, and positive attitude
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- Comfortable cooking, driving, and managing a home environment
- Dog-friendly and comfortable in a pet-loving household
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on credentials, experience, and time spent in similar roles.
This is a full-time position for the right person who wants to become a true long-term member of a small, supportive household.
If you’re someone who thrives on being helpful, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys making a home feel peaceful and well-run, we’d love to hear from you.
