We are seeking a full-time Private Sous Chef based in Memphis, Tennessee.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a private kitchen within a corporate setting alongside a Head Chef and a small professional service team. The environment is collaborative, organized, and hospitality-driven, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and professionalism.
The role primarily consists of daytime hours and includes a cooked-to-order breakfast service with rotating daily options, followed by elevated lunch service for corporate executives and guests. Lunches are often 3–4 course meals serving approximately 4–8 guests. Dinner service is generally prepared in the office kitchen, packaged professionally, and sent to the principal’s residence.
Additional responsibilities include kitchen organization, provisioning, inventory management, and maintaining exceptionally high operational and hospitality standards.
The position is a 5-day workweek that includes most Saturdays. Saturday is required, though the remaining schedule offers flexibility to accommodate the right candidate.
Compensation is above industry standard and includes a corporate benefits package, with an average workweek of under 40 hours
