This is a land-based position within a fully staffed luxury residence, suited to a polished, discreet and service-driven candidate with a strong background in high-end hospitality, yachting, or private households.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering professional massage and wellness treatments to principals and guests
• Providing 5-star steward(ess) service throughout the estate
• Assisting with light service support and general estate presentation when required
• Ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
• Maintaining spa / wellness areas and treatment rooms
• Ensuring the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality and presentation

Candidate Requirements

• Certified Massage Therapist qualification (essential)
• Previous experience in yachting, UHNW households, luxury villas or 5? hotels
• Immaculate grooming and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
• Flexible, team-oriented and service-focused mindset
• Legal right to work in the USA
