We are seeking a full-time Private Chef based in Memphis, Tennessee.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a private commercial kitchen in a corporate environment. You will work in tandem with the current Private Chef and a small professional service team. The environment is collaborative, organized, and hospitality-driven, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and professionalism.
The position is a 5-day workweek that includes 2 consecutive days off. The chef will work Tuesday through Saturday. The schedule will generally be 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., assisting the current chef with both lunch and dinner service. Saturdays will be a shorter day, typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Our goal is to maintain a reasonable work-life balance, as some flexibility will occasionally be required for dinner parties and to provide coverage for each other's days off.
Lunches are often 3–4 course meals serving approximately 4–8 guests. Dinner service is generally prepared in the office kitchen, packaged professionally, and sent to the principal’s residence.
Additional responsibilities include kitchen organization, provisioning, inventory management, and maintaining exceptionally high operational and hospitality standards.
This position is ideal for a motivated chef looking to transition into the private sector or an established Private Chef looking to work in a collaborative team.

The position offers a salary of $110,000–$130,000+ (DOE), along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k), corporate medical plan, and three weeks of PTO. Additional paid time off is typically available when the principal is traveling.
A multi day trial will be conducted prior to employment offer.
