Hiring: Caretaker / Maintenance (Outdoor) – Katonah, NY
A client in Katonah, NY is seeking a full-time Caretaker/Maintenance professional for a temporary role with the potential to become permanent. The position is available to start immediately and will run through at least November, with possible extension.
This role focuses entirely on outdoor property care, supporting a fully staffed estate and team.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Lawn care, mowing, and general landscape maintenance
• Maintaining the exterior appearance of the property
• Assisting the estate team with outdoor upkeep
Ideal Candidate:
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors full-time in varying weather conditions
• Basic handyman skills are a plus (not required)
• Entry-level candidates are welcome
Compensation & Benefits:
• $26/hour
• If the role becomes permanent, a full benefits package (fully covered) will be offered
