Schedule: 
8:30am to 5pm with flexibility for later days as needed
Sundays plus one weekday will be given OFF - Must work Saturdays and other weekdays with required flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel based on the family’s needs.

A principal in Beverly Hills is seeking a highly skilled Lead Housekeeper to join a collaborative team of six. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with strong laundress skills, excellent ironing ability, and experience caring for fine linens, luxury fabrics, and couture garments.

Candidates must have prior experience working in a UHNW private home or comparable luxury environment, demonstrate impeccable professionalism, and maintain a calm, positive, and team-oriented presence. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while adapting to shifting household needs are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• White-Glove Housekeeping
  Maintain the residence to the highest standards, ensuring all rooms, furnishings, finishes, linens, and surfaces—including antiques and fine materials—are cleaned and cared for with precision.

• Expert Laundry & Wardrobe Care
  Handle all aspects of laundry for luxury textiles, including delicate handwashing, spot treatment, steaming, pressing, and couture-level ironing. Assist with wardrobe organization, outfit preparation, and garment preservation for the Principal.

• Organization & Household Systems
  Maintain exceptional organization across closets, storage areas, and personal spaces. Follow established cleaning protocols, daily/weekly/monthly checklists, and household systems managed by the broader team.

• Team Collaboration
  Work closely with the Lead Housekeeper, Butler, House Manager, and Personal Housekeeper to support seamless household operations. Embrace the home’s existing structure and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.

• Event Support
  Assist with regular weekly luncheons (2–4 guests), weekend family brunch, and large-scale annual events such as holiday gatherings for up to 80 guests.

• Flexibility for Schedule & Travel
  Adapt to the Principals’ schedule, including overtime on days covering the Principal when the Personal Housekeeper is off. Domestic and occasional international travel may be required.
