A private executive couple is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Live-In Houseman/Junior Butler to join their well-established household team. This role supports daily operations of two well-maintained residences in Palm Beach, FL (primary) and Southampton, NY (summer)—and requires a proactive, hands-on professional with a calm, flexible demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily household operations and light maintenance
• Support housekeepers with tasks such as polishing, vacuuming, and cleaning fixtures
• Troubleshoot basic household technology and AV equipment
• Greet guests, assist with luggage and help with simple hospitality needs
• Maintain outdoor areas, patios, pathways, and storage spaces
• Care for household vehicles: fueling, cleaning, and service coordination
• Run errands, drive principals as needed, and manage deliveries
• Remain available for emergency on-call support (live-in accommodations provided)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a private home or related field
• Knowledge of household service standards, etiquette, and proper cleaning methods
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and manage physical aspects of the role
• Long-term employment mindset and a discreet, professional demeanor

Schedule & Details

• Live-in position, private accommodations provided
• 5 workdays per week with two consecutive days off
• Seasonal relocation between Palm Beach (8 months) and Southampton (4 months)
• On-call for emergencies 5 nights/week

Compensation:

• Compensation of $80,000 to $100,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience
• Lovely private housing provided. (A spouse could live with you).
• Generous benefits package includes medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays and an annual discretionary bonus.
