Personal & Executive Assistant to High-Profile Principal

Franklin, TN (On-Site) | Full-Time | Direct Hire

About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Personal & Executive Assistant to support a high-profile principal at a beautiful 60-acre working farm in the greater Nashville area — just 15 minutes from Franklin. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is deeply mission-driven, thrives in a dynamic environment, and finds genuine fulfillment in serving others at the highest level.

You'll work closely with the principal on a daily basis as part of a small team, managing everything from complex calendar coordination and board communications to household operations and assisting with VIP events. This role demands someone who moves seamlessly between executive-level work and hands-on personal support — and takes pride in doing both exceptionally well.

Candidates must reside within one hour of Franklin, TN.

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage complex, multi-calendar scheduling and coordination
  • Draft, manage, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the principal
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems accessible to the team
  • Assist with on-site events for VIP guests
  • Run errands and assist with daily household tasks
  • Assist with light physical tasks (ability to lift up to 40 lbs) as needed
  • Occasional travel with the principal
  • Be flexible with evening and weekend availability

Your Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally supporting high-profile individuals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Dropbox, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)
  • Experience managing shared inboxes, performing mail merges, and maintaining file management systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively and consistently
  • Unimpeachable discretion — a non-disclosure agreement is required
  • Comfort working in an active outdoor/farm environment with animals (dogs, horses, sheep, chickens, geese)
  • A servant mindset with humility, punctuality, and a genuine desire to contribute
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
  • Non-smoker; must pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (on-site)
  • Evening and weekend availability
  • Direct hire

This is more than a job — it's a chance to be part of a mission-centered household that values service, excellence, and community. If you are the kind of person who takes quiet pride in making things run beautifully, we would love to hear from you.
