SEASONAL HOUSEKEEPERS REQUIRED FOR UHNW VILLA IN THE SOUTH OF FRANCE – AUGUST 2026

We are seeking several experienced Housekeepers to join a professional housekeeping team supporting an UHNW family during their stay in the South of France throughout the month of August. This is an excellent opportunity for polished, hardworking, and detail-oriented candidates who have previous experience working within luxury private households, villas, yachts, or five-star hospitality environments.
Working as part of a team, the successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the property is maintained to exceptional standards throughout the family's residence. The role requires flexibility, a strong team-player mentality, and the ability to deliver discreet and efficient service in a fast-paced luxury environment. Shifts are likely to be approximately eight hours per day across five or six days per week, with both early and later shifts required depending on the family's schedule.
The family are seeking candidates who take genuine pride in their work and understand the standards expected within a fully staffed UHNW residence. Local candidates are encouraged to apply, although accommodation may be available for exceptional applicants relocating for the duration of the contract.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Daily housekeeping of guest bedrooms, bathrooms, reception rooms, and communal areas
- Bedroom turnovers, turndown service, and maintaining guest areas to impeccable standards
- Laundry, ironing, steaming, and care of luxury garments, linens, and delicate fabrics
- Wardrobe organisation and clothing care
- Restocking guest amenities and household supplies
- Assisting with food and beverage service, including table service when required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of staff and back-of-house areas
- Working collaboratively with the wider household team to ensure seamless service
- Supporting the family and guests with ad hoc requests as required
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience working within UHNW private households, luxury villas, yachts, or five-star hospitality environments
- Strong housekeeping, laundry, and ironing skills
- Experience delivering high standards of guest service
- Professional, discreet, and well-presented at all times
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and shift patterns
- Strong team-player mentality and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
- Eligibility to live and work within France
- Excellent checkable references
