A busy, mature couple needs a competent Live-in Houseman /Cook for their Palm Beach home and travel to New York in May to spend the summers with them in the Hamptons. The day starts early, feeding and walking the dogs, and preparing breakfast for Mr. and Mrs. They are on the go all the time, so they need someone who can manage the other two housekeepers, and take care of all the minutiae in running a very detailed Estate Home. This is not an Estate Manager's position, but rather a working houseman position for someone who has the stamina to put in long hours. Previous Live-in experience in an estate home is required, as well as verifiable references.
