Pay Rate: $40.00 Per hour
Schedule: 2 Days Per Week , 6 hours each day

Job Details
We are seeking, on behalf of our client, located in the Kenwood area of Minneapolis, a highly skilled Housekeeper with Laundress responsibilities, 3,500sf residence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both routine housekeeping and detailed deep cleaning, as well as expert laundry and garment care, including ironing, steaming, linen care, and wardrobe organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed housekeeping throughout the residence, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Complete both routine cleaning and scheduled deep-cleaning projects.
- Manage all household laundry, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, steaming, and caring for delicate fabrics, fine linens, and specialty garments.
- Change and launder bed linens and towels.
- Organize closets, cabinets, pantries, and household storage areas to maintain an orderly home.
- Monitor household inventory and replenish cleaning and household supplies as needed.
- Maintain the home in a guest-ready condition and prepare for occasional visitors or gatherings.
- Complete occasional household errands and assist with special projects as requested.
- Identify maintenance concerns and communicate them promptly to the homeowner.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of recent private household housekeeping experience
- Strong laundry and wardrobe care skills, including experience caring for luxury garments and fine linens
- Exceptional attention to detail with high standards for cleanliness and organization
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Professional, discreet, and respectful of the family's privacy
- Excellent references from previous private household employers
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
