This role sits at the heart of our household. You will work closely with the principals, house manager, chef, and housekeeping team to ensure that daily life flows seamlessly and that every detail, from a morning smoothie to an international trip, is handled with precision, warmth, and discretion. This position can be a live-in role or live-out role.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- Proven background in luxury hospitality, private service, or estate management
- Strong knowledge of wine, fine dining service, and table etiquette
- Skilled bartender, able to prepare a full range of classic and contemporary beverages
- Basic culinary skills; comfortable preparing light meals, smoothies, and daily coffee service
- Excellent organizational skills with experience managing deliveries and household inventory
- Valid passport with the ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), mandatory
Preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage
- Prior experience in a private household or UHNW estate setting
- Familiarity with wardrobe management, fine fabric care, or luxury goods
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability across different environments and customs
RESPONSIBILITIES
Hospitality & Daily Service
- Provide seamless, high-level butler service ensuring principals' needs are met with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with table setting and plating for meals, maintaining impeccable presentation standards
- Prepare and serve beverages, drawing on strong bartending knowledge to meet principals' preferences
- Prepare daily smoothies, coffee, and light meals as requested
- Prepare and lay out daily supplements for principals; track stock and notify the house manager or PAs for restocking
- Assist with lunch and dinner service alongside the chef; help with kitchen cleanup before and after meals
Travel Coordination & Support
- Accompany the family on domestic and international travel, managing all travel-related logistics
- Pack and unpack efficiently before, during, and after all trips, with care for clothing, valuables, and personal items
- Carry and manage luggage, ensuring items are organized and transported without issue
- Ensure all travel documents, including passports, are current, organized, and readily accessible
- Create and maintain detailed packing lists and supply inventories for short and extended trips
Household Support & Coordination
- Assist with organizing deliveries and groceries, ensuring supplies are always well-stocked
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff, chef, and vendors as directed by the house manager
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order across all areas of the household
- Support closet and wardrobe organization, applying proper storage and care techniques
- Assist in maintaining the primary bedroom, bathroom, and closets in pristine order at all times
Anticipation & Personalization
- Think proactively, anticipate principals' preferences, moods, and needs before they are expressed
- Observe patterns and adapt service accordingly; bring ideas to elevate the household experience
- Respect and adapt to the principals' personal customs, lifestyle rhythms, and preferences
- Utilize any specialty language or cultural skills to enhance the level of personalized service
