The Estate Manager to the Chairman is responsible for high level confidential support to the Chairman and the Chairman’s family. This individual has primary responsibility to provide a wide variety of comprehensive tasks and responsibilities related to the management of the Chairman’s affairs in all aspects of daily life. The principal functions of the position identified shall not be considered as a complete description of all the work requirements and expectations that may be inherent in the position.
About the Role

Plan and coordinate personal travel in partnership with the Executive Assistant, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

Manage global travel logistics, visas, and trip preparation, including advancing travel when needed.

Plan and execute personal events, experiences, and gifting initiatives, coordinating vendors and tracking details.

Coordinate move logistics and transitions between residences as required.
