The Estate Manager to the Chairman is responsible for high level confidential support to the Chairman and the Chairman’s family. This individual has primary responsibility to provide a wide variety of comprehensive tasks and responsibilities related to the management of the Chairman’s affairs in all aspects of daily life. The principal functions of the position identified shall not be considered as a complete description of all the work requirements and expectations that may be inherent in the position.

About the Role

 

Household & Staff Leadership

  • Manage all household staff, including scheduling, hiring, training, performance management, and separations.

  • Oversee household operations, maintenance, and service requests across residences.

  • Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure properties are consistently guest-ready.

Asset & Operations Management

  • Coordinate and oversee the care, logistics, and readiness of residences, vehicles, boats, aircraft, and other personal assets.

  • Maintain registrations, insurance policies, memberships, subscriptions, and personal documentation (passports, visas, and related records).

  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Travel, Events & Logistics

  • Plan and coordinate personal travel in partnership with the Executive Assistant, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

  • Manage global travel logistics, visas, and trip preparation, including advancing travel when needed.

  • Plan and execute personal events, experiences, and gifting initiatives, coordinating vendors and tracking details.

  • Coordinate move logistics and transitions between residences as required.

Family & Personal Support

  • Support the Chairman and family with scheduling, appointments, and personal logistics.

  • Liaise with medical professionals and assist with healthcare coordination when necessary.

  • Coordinate tickets, reservations, and special arrangements for events and engagements.

Coordination & Representation

  • Partner closely with the Chairman’s Office and other team members to support special projects and priorities.

  • Represent the Chairman and family with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment at all times.

  • Safeguard the confidentiality and privacy of all family and business matters.

Work Schedule

  • This role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and occasional early mornings based on family schedules and travel.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a private household, estate, or formal home environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination, logistics, or personal/estate support roles.
  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technology tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, sound judgment, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Polished, professional presence with strong customer-service orientation.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, both large and small, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with family members, staff, and vendors.
  • Comfortable working in a household environment that includes children and pets.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Moderate travel required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
  • Ability to pass background, drug screening and credit check.
