Compensation: $40/hour DOE + full benefits

Overview / Ideal Candidate:

A busy and kind family in Malibu is looking for a full-time Housekeeper to join their team. This is a large home with multiple staff members, so you must be comfortable working as part of a team. The home is active, with children and frequent guests, so it is important to be flexible, positive, and comfortable in a busy environment. The ideal candidate is kind, organized, and detail-oriented. You take pride in your work and enjoy keeping a home clean, tidy, and guest-ready at all times. You are a team player, comfortable around children, and able to maintain a high level of presentation throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the home clean, organized, and always ready for guests
• Work closely with a team of housekeepers to complete daily tasks
• Tidy up common areas throughout the day to maintain a neat and polished appearance
• Handle laundry with care, following specific instructions and preferences
• Pay close attention to detail in all cleaning and organizing tasks
• Help prepare the home when guests are visiting
• Follow directions and adapt to the family’s needs and routines

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a high-profile or UHNW household required
• Experience working on a housekeeping team
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good laundry skills and understanding of garment care
• Comfortable working in a home with children and many guests
• Professional, respectful, and discreet
• Able to take direction and also work independently
