Full-Time Nanny Needed in Palm Beach Gardens

We are seeking a warm, experienced, and highly organized full-time nanny to join our private household. The ideal candidate is proactive, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with young children while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and flexibility.

This position is part of a collaborative household team that includes household management, additional nannies, and domestic staff. The nanny will help provide a safe, nurturing, engaging, and structured environment for our three children (ages 6, 4, and 2), while supporting their daily routines, development, and overall well-being.

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday

• Wednesday - Friday: 12pm to 8:00pm
• A couple of different options for the weekend -
  • Saturday and Sunday - 9:00am to 7:00pm (both full days)
  • Saturday and Sunday afternoons (both half days)
  • Either Saturday or Sunday 8am-8pm (one full day)

Responsibilities

• Be comfortable to watch 2 children at a time alone. There are 3 children, but you would never be alone with all 3. There are additional nannies and the parents are very hands on.
• Provide attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care for three young children.
• Create engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, outdoor play, and independence.
• Maintain consistent daily routines including meals, naps, hygiene, and bedtime preparation when needed.
• Assist with school drop-offs, pickups, extracurricular activities, and appointments.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Manage children's laundry, clothing organization, and seasonal wardrobe rotations.
• Accompany the family on domestic and international travel as needed.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding schedules, milestones, and any concerns.
• Administer medications when directed by parents.
• Monitor children's supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Work collaboratively with the family's household staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Assist with occasional errands related to the children's needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of professional nanny experience, preferably in a private household.
• Experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously.
• Comfortable working within a fully staffed home.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable traveling and maintaining a flexible schedule when required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
