This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative household and understands that supporting a family goes beyond a fixed list of duties. This is not a strictly clock-in/clock-out role, but rather one that suits someone who takes pride in being engaged, present, and invested in the overall flow of the home. The family values someone who can anticipate needs, adapt easily, and contribute thoughtfully to a well-run household.
