Household/Personal Assistant -- Jackson MS

A retired couple who visit their Jackson MS residence for 5-10 days every month seek a full-time on-staff live-out Household Assistant to provide the following services:

• Schedule and oversee household vendors, making sure all work is performed to satisfaction of Owners
• Keep home stocked and organized with cleaning supplies, food and beverage items, toiletries, office supplies
• Create and maintain household inventory list
• Oversee cleaning service to make sure all work is done to satisfaction of Owners
• Prepare weekly progress report for Owners 
• Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule
• Airport pickups and dropoffs of Owners
• Run errands
• Help with packing and unpacking
• Perform small handyperson tasks
• Keep Owner's car washed and fueled
• Maintain petty cash
• Special projects as assigned 

General schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (8 hours plus 30 minute mealbreak)

Local-area candidates with previous private service experience will receive first consideration.  Candidates must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and have excellent verifiable references.
