A highly private family is seeking an experienced Director of Properties to oversee operations across multiple luxury residences in New York City, Long Island, and the Hamptons. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role overseeing property operations, household teams, vendor relationships, maintenance, service standards, construction/renovation projects, seasonal transitions, and special property initiatives.
Qualified candidates should have 10+ years of private estate management experience, proven success managing multiple residences or complex UHNW household operations, strong staff leadership and vendor-management skills, and comfort acting as a trusted representative across properties and projects.
This role requires discretion, sound judgment, flexibility, polished communication, and the ability to maintain consistent standards across a highly active private estate portfolio.
