The ideal candidate will be a native Spanish speaker with extensive infant experience and a strong Early Childhood Education background. Primary Responsibilities:

Professional Infant Nanny Care:

  • Provide exceptional, developmentally focused care for the infant
    • Support infant milestones, motor skill development, sensory engagement, and early learning
    • Foster a bilingual environment through natural Spanish language immersion
    • Create engaging, educational, and age-appropriate play experiences
    • Maintain routine, structure, and consistency throughout the child’s day
    • Engage in tummy time, sensory play, reading, music, and enriching developmental activities
    • Deliver professional newborn care, including feeding, soothing, sleep routines, and developmental support
    • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and attentive environment at all times
    • Monitor the baby’s wellness and communicate updates or concerns professionally with parents
    • Maintain detailed daily logs regarding feedings, routines, developmental milestones, and activities

Family & Household Support:

  • Light daily organizing and tidying of the child’s areas
  • Child’s laundry
  • Preparing healthy meals for the child as they grow

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny experience in private homes
  • Extensive professional infant and newborn experience required
  • Native Spanish speaker required
  • Strong Early Childhood Education background preferred
  • Highly engaging, energetic, proactive, and nurturing
  • Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate milestones
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
  • Calm, patient, reliable, and highly organized demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to update)
  • Must be current on Tdap and Flu vaccinations

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a highly competitive six-figure compensation package exceeding $100,000 annually, based on the candidate’s professional experience, education, infant expertise, longevity in prior roles, and exceptional verifiable references.
