Position Overview
A professionally managed Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) private residence in the Memorial area of Houston is seeking an exceptional Full-Time Executive Housekeeper to join our household team.
This position is ideal for an experienced private-service professional who understands that maintaining a luxury residence requires significantly more than routine housekeeping. We are seeking an individual who takes genuine pride in their work, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, anticipates household needs, and consistently maintains the residence to five-star hospitality standards.

Primary Responsibilities
Residence Care
Maintain the residence to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Perform detailed daily cleaning of all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, gym, kitchen, laundry room, hallways, staircases, and guest accommodations.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, polish, and maintain all interior areas.
Ensure every room is guest-ready at all times.
Laundry & Wardrobe Care
Wash, dry, fold, iron, steam, and properly store clothing.
Maintain luxury garments according to fabric-specific requirements.
Coordinate dry cleaning when required.
Organize closets, wardrobes, and seasonal clothing.
Care for household linens, bedding, towels, and specialty fabrics.
Luxury Home Care
Safely clean and maintain:
Marble
Limestone
Granite
Quartz
Hardwood flooring
Luxury appliances
Designer furniture
Leather furnishings
Crystal
Silver
Fine china
Artwork
Antiques
Specialty finishes
Always use appropriate products and methods for delicate surfaces.
Organization
Maintain organized closets, pantries, storage rooms, cabinets, and supply areas.
Label and maintain household organization systems.
Assist with seasonal deep organization projects.
Inventory Management
Monitor household cleaning supplies.
Track inventory levels.
Notify the Estate Manager before supplies require replenishment.
Maintain organized housekeeping storage.
Household Operations
Prepare guest suites before arrivals.
Restore guest rooms after departures.
Assist with household projects as requested.
Support special events when needed.
Work collaboratively with the Estate Manager and household staff.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum five (5) years of recent experience in a private UHNW residence.
Experience working within a professionally managed household.
Extensive knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards.
Experience caring for valuable household furnishings.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Strong time-management abilities.
Ability to prioritize work independently.

Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred:
Previous employment lasting three or more years with one family.
Hospitality experience in Forbes Five-Star or luxury boutique hotels.
Knowledge of luxury garment care.
Experience using household management systems.
Employment Requirements
Authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to:

Selection Process
Finalists will participate in a paid working interview designed to evaluate housekeeping standards, organizational abilities, attention to detail, professionalism, communication style, initiative, discretion, adaptability, ability to receive feedback, and overall compatibility with our household.
For exceptional candidates, the paid working interview may be extended for several days when additional time is needed to evaluate consistency, work habits, professionalism, and long-term fit within the household.
Additional Employment Requirement
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required before any final offer of employment is extended.
