A HNW young Family based in Vaughan, Ontario(45 minutes from Toronto) is seeking an experienced, warm, and professional Nanny to care for their 4-month-old baby and accompany the Family on their international travels. This is a long-term opportunity for a dedicated nanny who enjoys working with infants and is comfortable traveling throughout the year.
Location & Travel
May – December: Based in Vaughan, Ontario (Canada)
December – April/May: Based in the family’s home in Florida (USA)
Additional travel: Approximately 3–4 weeks per year in Europe
The nanny will need to accompany the family during all travel periods.
Ideal schedule:
5–6 working days per week (upon candidate's preference)
12-hour shifts (afternoon to midnight/1 a.m.)
Weekend availability is always required (they are included in the regular schedule)
Days off: Monday and / or Tuesday
Responsibilities:
Full care of the 4-month-old baby
Managing and maintaining the baby’s daily routine (feeding, naps, developmental play)
Supporting the baby’s early development and age-appropriate activities
Taking the child to activities and outings when appropriate
Managing all child-related duties, including baby laundry, keeping nursery areas tidy, and organizing the baby’s belongings
Working closely with the mother, who will be working, while maintaining a calm and supportive environment for the child
Traveling with the family and adapting to different locations and routines
Household Environment:
The family employs a housekeeper, therefore the role focuses solely on childcare and child-related tasks
The family has one friendly dog
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience caring for infants, ideally from the newborn stage
Previous experience working as a travel nanny or with families who travel frequently
Experience working for HNW / UHNW Families higly preferable
Strong understanding of infant routines and early childhood development
Professional, reliable, discreet and highly organized
Flexible and adaptable to different homes and travel schedules
Ability to work collaboratively with parents and household staff
Valid passport and ability to travel to the United States and Europe
