Miami-based Family Seeking Experienced Domestic Couple

An international family primarily based in Miami is seeking a highly-experienced Domestic Couple to oversee and
support the daily operations of their primary residence. This is a long-term opportunity for a
professional, service-minded couple who takes pride in excellence.

The family maintains high expectations and values discretion, loyalty, and consistency.
Their current longstanding domestic couple is retiring, so they are seeking the right long-term fit.

Responsibilities:

• Interior Responsibilities (shared and/or designated by skillset)
• Daily detailed housekeeping and deep cleaning
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
• Bed linens and household organization
• Family-style cooking and meal preparation
• Maintaining organization and provisioning of kitchen / pantry
• Assisting with childcare for children (age 10,6)
• Supporting school routines and child-related tasks

A live-in housekeeper is also employed and will share in housekeeping and childcare
duties. Collaboration and respectful teamwork are essential.

Exterior & Property Responsibilities:

• Driving (children and errands)
• Vehicle cleaning
• Light property maintenance and upkeep
• Assisting with overall organization and smooth operation of the home

The Ideal Couple

• Significant prior experience working together in a private household
• Long-term mindset and proven longevity in past roles
• High attention to detail with strong standards of cleanliness and service
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy
• Handyman skills (for at least one of couple)
• Speak fluent English
• Experience with school-aged children
• Experience with pets (mid-sized dog)
• Proficient swimming skills
• Hours/days to be determined but occasional flexibility is required, including one
  weekend day
• Valid Clean driver’s license s with clean driving records(for at least one of couple
