Our Family is seeking a live-in chef for the summers in Water Mill, NY. during the year it would be " as needed" and live out. We live in Manhattan so that the applicant should live in NY area during the year.
The "as needed" is very infrequent since we are out alot and travel.
Our last chef was with us for 20 years and has just retired.
We are owners of several high end restaurants and used to high quality food.
We seek a chef who is passionate about cooking and innovative in the approach.We beleive that cooking is an art form and should be treated as so,
Our family consist on just the 2 of us but during the summers, we have wine focused dinners once a week for 14 people.
