This is a long-term, high-quality private household role ideal for candidates with strong childcare experience and a passion for early childhood development.
The position focuses on after-school care, educational support, and emotional development, with some involvement in morning routines. The family is looking for a candidate who can foster a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support morning routine (breakfast preparation, school readiness, occasional school drop-offs)
- Provide attentive after-school care and supervision
- Accompany the child to extracurricular activities (ballet, swimming, piano)
- Plan and engage in creative learning activities (arts & crafts, reading, music, educational play)
- Encourage language development (Mandarin beneficial but not essential)
- Ensure the child’s emotional well-being and development
- Prepare snacks and assist with light childcare-related duties
- Travel with the family as required
Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements
- US citizen or resident with a work permit
