Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Position Summary
Our client, a private principal is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and hands-on Executive Housekeeper to oversee the day-to-day care and management of multiple residences in the Miami Beach area. This is a key role responsible for maintaining the home(s) to exceptional standards, coordinating vendors and service providers, and ensuring the property is always guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain residence(s) in pristine, guest-ready condition; conduct regular walkthroughs to address upkeep and maintenance needs
- Manage household inventory including linens, supplies, and essentials
- Handle hands-on tasks as needed (light organization, linens, general upkeep)
- Prepare the home for principal and guest arrivals; oversee turnovers between stays
- Coordinate and manage vendors, service providers, and cleaning teams, ensuring high-quality work
- Support ongoing maintenance/projects and adapt schedule based on principal presence, guest activity, and household needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role within a private household or high-end residential setting
- Strong understanding of luxury home standards and discretion
- Ability to manage vendors and household operations independently
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a “no task too small” mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
