Location: Palm Beach, FL | Southampton, NY | New York, NY
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (weekends required; schedule based on principals’ residency)

Southampton, NY: July – Labor Day (local housing provided; ~1 week setup, staff presence ~1 month)

Spring/Fall (off-season): 9:00am–5:00pm

Compensation: $65,000–$100,000 DOE, plus benefits
Residences

Palm Beach Residence: 16,000 sq. ft. old European-style main house with courtyard; 3-acre property spanning intercoastal to ocean; includes guest houses, gyms, and offices

New York Residences: Two Central Park penthouses in a luxury hotel building; in-house housekeeping provided by the hotel

Hamptons Residence: Seasonal home; requires approximately 1 week of setup and staff presence during the summer season (July–Labor Day)
Position Overview
The Butler/Houseman will support a private family across multiple residences by delivering the highest level of service, overseeing meal service, maintaining household standards, and supporting the House Manager in the daily execution of Standard Operating Procedures. This is a live-out, polished, professional role requiring discretion, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a formal private home

Strong attention to detail; willingness to handle all service tasks, no matter how small

Ability to follow checklists, household protocols, and the Service Manual

Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedule as needed for principal’s residency

Ability to travel seasonally to Southampton and New York (housing provided in Hamptons)

Must be legal to work in the U.S., with a clean driving record

Willingness to undergo background check, drug screening, and sign a confidentiality agreement
