We are seeking a kind, grounded, and detail-loving professional to join our close-knit household team as a Heart & Home Coordinator, a Junior House Manager who partners closely with our Head House Manager to support daily operations at our 20,000 sq ft oceanfront home in beautiful Palm Beach, Florida.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves creating order, beauty, and calm behind the scenes—while working with an incredible, long-standing team and a thoughtful, hardworking family.


?? About the Role

In this role, you will be a trusted right hand to our House Manager, helping ensure the home runs seamlessly with warmth, precision, and care. You’ll balance logistics, aesthetics, hospitality, and administration with grace and good humor.

If you love systems, beautiful spaces, thoughtful service, and packing a suitcase like Marie Kondo herself you’ll feel right at home.


?? Key Responsibilities

  • Partner daily with the Head House Manager on household operations

  • Manage incoming packages, mail, returns, and deliveries

  • Handle purchasing, inventory, and household supplies

  • Coordinate vendors and service providers

  • Greet guests and support hospitality needs

  • Set up Zoom calls and assist with virtual meetings

  • Pack and unpack for travel with exceptional organization

  • Support special projects and ongoing initiatives

  • Maintain high standards of presentation and aesthetics

  • Help create a calm, welcoming, and well-run environment

  • Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
