Executive / Personal Assistant – Operations & Property Support (Hybrid) - LAS VEGAS

Location: Hybrid (remote + on-site across Las Vegas locations; frequent visits to Henderson Executive Airport)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, resourceful, and hands-on Executive/Personal Assistant to support leadership and property operations across multiple Las Vegas locations, including a private aviation hangar at Henderson Executive Airport, which is currently undergoing a remodel and office build-out.
This is not a desk-only role.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an active hangar and construction environment and is willing to roll up their sleeves to support remodel execution, facilities needs, and special projects while also providing executive and personal support.
This position blends executive assistance, property operations, vendor coordination, facilities support, aviation readiness oversight, and on-the-ground project tracking. The right candidate thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, and is comfortable shifting between administrative responsibilities and hands-on operational tasks.
A key component of this role includes ensuring aviation-ready presentation standards and coordinating rotating cabin furnishings and amenities based on trip needs, while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate priorities and calendars; manage tasks, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Act as primary on-the-ground support during the hangar remodel and furnishing: sourcing, deliveries, installations, inventories, and punch lists.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and contractors, including the security contractor; schedule work, track deliverables, and document outcomes.
• Partner with the aviation operator and supervise on-site FBO standards for cleanliness, readiness, supplies, amenities, and presentation.
• Team with the security team to resolve camera disconnects and access control issues; perform basic checks and escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot laptops, printers, Wi-Fi/routers, TVs/AV, and basic automation systems; coordinate escalations to IT or vendors.
• Handle light bookkeeping (expenses, receipts, simple reconciliations) and track budgets for remodel/CapEx items; maintain inventories and asset lists.
• Create and maintain SOPs and checklists for readiness, supplies, service standards, and safety/security protocols.
Qualifications
Compensation:
- $65K - $75K/year
- Benefits + 401K plan.
