Newborn Care Specialist for Twins

Location: Menlo Park, California.
Schedule: The schedule consists of 7 nights per week, with each shift lasting 8 to 12 hours, for a duration of 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension.
Children: Twins due early October, 2026. The family has 3 older children.
Duties: The duties include feeding by bottle or bringing baby to Mom for nursing, burping, changing, swaddling and settling baby back to sleep after feeding, bathing, documenting baby’s patterns including sleeping log, feeding and changing times, providing parental guidance and support, transitioning baby to a regular feeding schedule, nursery organization, sterilizing bottles, infant laundry.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience caring for twins as a Newborn Care Specialist and bring a calm, kind, and nurturing presence to the home. They are knowledgeable in all aspects of newborn care, with strong communication skills and a supportive approach that helps guide and reassure parents. Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both infants and adults are essential. They should be highly skilled in establishing healthy sleep habits and routines, while remaining flexible to the family’s evolving needs. The candidate must also be fully up to date on vaccinations, including COVID-19, annual flu, Tdap, and MMR
