Location: Las Vegas, NV
Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 annually
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, approximately 11:00 AM–7:00/8:00 PM

A private family of three in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Private Chef with a strong background in Asian and Japanese cuisine. The ideal candidate is confident preparing refined, health-conscious meals with an emphasis on low-sodium, MSG-free cooking while accommodating specific dietary needs.

The husband follows a kosher diet and has a dairy allergy. The wife strongly prefers Japanese and broader Asian cuisines, prioritizing clean, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared meals. The husband’s mother resides in the home for several months each year and prefers classic American cuisine, requiring occasional menu flexibility.

This role is responsible for menu planning, grocery sourcing, and preparing lunches and dinners for the household.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute customized menus with a primary focus on Asian and Japanese cuisines

  • Prepare kosher-compliant, dairy-free, low-sodium, and MSG-free meals

  • Plan and prepare lunches and dinners for the family, Sunday–Thursday

  • Source high-quality, local ingredients whenever possible

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment

  • Prepare meals for small gatherings of up to 15 guests several times per year

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef or in high-end residential settings

  • Strong expertise in Asian and Japanese cooking techniques and flavor profiles

  • Comfortable accommodating dietary restrictions and multiple cuisine preferences

  • Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
