Duration: 16 weeks – 24 weeks, client prefers 24 weeks, but open to extended
Schedule: 5 nights per week, 10 hours per day, 9 PM- 7 AM (nighttime support)

Position Overview
Nannies and more…® International is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced NCS/Night Nurse to provide nighttime support for a professional, professional mother welcoming her newborn, who arrived in late February 2026. This role is designed for a polished, discreet, and knowledgeable professional who has exclusively supported high-net-worth (HNW) families and understands the expectations of private household staffing at the highest level.
The NCS/Night Nurse will offer expert guidance, emotional reassurance, and hands-on care during maternal recovery.
Primary Responsibilities
Newborn Care & Education
- Provide expert guidance on newborn care, including feeding support (breast and/or bottle), burping, soothing techniques, sleep foundations, and safe sleep practices
- Educate and empower the mother with evidence-based newborn care knowledge
- Support healthy routines appropriate for a newborn
Maternal Postpartum Support
- Offer emotional reassurance and confidence-building support for a first-time mother
- Provide education on postpartum recovery, self-care, and newborn adjustment
- Recognize signs of postpartum mood disorders and offer appropriate resources (non-medical)
Household & Care Support
- Assist with light newborn-related tasks (bottle prep, nursery organization, baby laundry if requested)
- Maintain a calm, nurturing, and professional environment during daytime visits
- Collaborate respectfully with parents and any existing household staff
Professional Standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Adapt seamlessly to the family’s preferences, routines, and expectations
- Represent Nannies and more…® International with professionalism and excellence
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional NCS/Night Nurse experience
- Exclusive experience working with high-net-worth clients
- First-time mother support experience strongly preferred
- Up-to-date NCS/Night Nurse certification and relevant newborn care training
- Infant CPR and First Aid certification (current)
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, reassuring presence
- Calm, proactive, and highly organized approach
Background & Screening Requirements
- Clear and verifiable criminal background check
- Clean driving record
- Excellent professional references from UHNW private clients
- Authorized to work legally in the country of placement
