Job Description: A Royal Family is seeking a professional and experienced Traveling House Manager to oversee the smooth operation of multiple luxury residences in Europe, with occasional travel to the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high household standards, coordinating staff, and ensuring exceptional service when the family is in residence. This is a live-in role requiring discretion, strong leadership skills, and experience working within private households or luxury hospitality environments.

Location: Europe (primary base) with occasional travel to the United States
Schedule: 5 days per week, approximately 10–12 hours per day, with flexibility required when the family is in residence
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of private residences and ensuring the highest household standards are maintained
Supervising and coordinating household staff across different properties
Managing housekeeping operations and ensuring properties are maintained to luxury standards
Overseeing butler service and ensuring high-level hospitality for the principals and guests
Supporting catering, food and beverage service when the family is in residence
Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
Ensuring properties are fully prepared before the family’s arrival and maintained during their stay
Managing household inventories and supplies
Assisting with planning and coordinating travel between properties when required
Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of stable experience in each role within private households, luxury hotels, or high-end resorts (supervisory level)
Previous experience managing household operations, housekeeping teams, and service standards
Strong knowledge of housekeeping, butler service, catering, and food & beverage operations
Fluent in English and French (both languages required)
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Professional, friendly, and service-oriented personality
Ability to travel internationally between Europe and the USA
EU or US passport preferred (visa support may be arranged if necessary)
