What You Will Help Own
Household Operations
You will support the day-to-day operational rhythm of a private residence.
This includes coordinating deliveries and installs, managing vendors, assisting with purchasing and returns, maintaining inventories, and helping ensure the home runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You approach the home with both operational precision and a hospitality mindset.
Organization of Physical Spaces
Closets, pantries, storage areas, and household systems.
You bring thoughtful organization and structure to the physical spaces of the home so that everything has a place and the environment feels both functional and beautiful.
This also includes packing and unpacking for travel, maintaining inventories, and keeping spaces refreshed and orderly.
Guest Experience & Hospitality
You will support the preparation of the home for guests, gatherings, and special moments.
Anticipating needs, preparing spaces, and helping create an environment that feels welcoming, warm, and thoughtful.
Travel Preparation
Supporting travel preparation for the household.
This includes packing, organizing travel essentials, and ensuring materials and items needed for trips are prepared ahead of time.
Administrative Organization
Behind every well-run home are systems that keep everything moving.
You will help build and maintain tracking systems, inventories, SOPs, and organizational tools that support the household's operations.
Financial & Documentation Support
Supporting organization of receipts, invoices, and household documentation so records remain clear and well maintained.
Celebrations & Personal Touchpoints
Supporting thoughtful moments throughout the year — birthdays, gifts, and personal celebrations.
You notice patterns and preferences and help bring those details to life.
The Environment
You will work closely with the core household team including the House Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Chief of Staff.
This is a collaborative, respectful, and high-standard environment where people take pride in the way they show up and support one another.
At the same time, this is someone's home.
It requires someone who moves through a private space with awareness, care, and discretion — present when needed and invisible when appropriate.
