Full-Time Nanny (with Household Support & Travel Flexibility) $45 - $60/hr

We are seeking an exceptional full-time Nanny who is fun, experienced, compassionate, and dependable to provide outstanding care in a nurturing, engaging, and well-structured home environment. To be considered for this position, you must upload a photo of yourself to the site!

The ideal candidate is truly excellent with children and has a proven track record of building strong, positive, long-term relationships with families, supported by outstanding references.

This role is childcare-first, but it also includes household support responsibilities beyond child-related tasks. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and genuinely happy to help a busy household run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare

• Provide attentive, loving care and ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support growth, learning, and engagement

• Maintain consistent daily routines, including meals, naps, and bedtime schedules

• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks in accordance with family preferences and dietary guidelines

• Safely transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments

• Monitor developmental milestones and share thoughtful updates with the family

• Support a warm, calm, and respectful environment while maintaining structure and consistency

Household Support (Beyond Child-Related Tasks)

• Assist with daily housekeeping and household upkeep to help maintain a clean, organized, and well-run home

• Laundry, tidying, general organization, and kitchen reset/clean-up

• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly living spaces for the family

• Run household errands, including grocery shopping, package returns, and other day-to-day tasks

• Help with household organization projects and general support as needed

• Manage children’s belongings (including seasonal clothing changes and packing), while also contributing to overall household flow and order

• Help support family logistics and organization, including keeping the household calendar updated (if requested)

Travel & Flexibility

• Travel with the family and assist with caregiving, packing, and trip logistics

• Adapt to schedule changes and occasional extended hours, including evenings/weekends, based on family needs

• Maintain a flexible, solutions-oriented attitude in a dynamic household environment

Professionalism

• Uphold confidentiality and discretion at all times

• Maintain open, clear, and professional communication with the family, including regular updates

• Demonstrate reliability, good judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility

• Take initiative and work proactively without needing constant direction

Qualifications

• Prior full-time nanny experience with excellent references

• Strong childcare background with a genuine love of children

• Experience in private homes and/or high-standard family environments preferred

• Comfortable with a role that includes both daily childcare and broader household support

• Valid driver’s license and strong driving record

• Ability to travel with the family, as needed

• Organized, dependable, and professional
