Job Title: Full-Time Private Estate Housekeeper

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and warm-hearted Housekeeper to join a wonderful, down-to-earth ultra-high-net-worth family with small children in their beautiful Pasadena estate. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily thorough cleaning and upkeep of the entire residence, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and maintaining high-end furnishings, fine linens, artwork, and delicate materials to museum-quality standards
- Focus on child-friendly areas: regularly clean and tidy playrooms, children's bedrooms, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming space for small children
- Handle family laundry (including children's clothing, bedding, and delicates), ironing, folding, and wardrobe organization with care
- Make beds daily, change linens, and maintain fresh, comfortable living spaces
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and other common spaces; restock supplies as needed
- Assist with light organization, tidying toys/books after children’s play (in coordination with family), and maintaining an orderly home environment
- Care for household items such as silver, crystal, fine china, and luxury finishes with appropriate techniques and products
- Proactively identify and report maintenance issues or supply needs
- Run occasional household errands (e.g., pick up children from school, grocery shopping for household essentials) when requested
- Support family preferences and routines, including using specified cleaning products and methods
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times regarding the family and their private life
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a housekeeper in private homes, luxury estates, or high-end hospitality (prior UHNW family experience is a strong plus)
- Demonstrated ability to work thoughtfully around small children; comfortable in a family environment with young kids and their associated activity/mess
- Exceptional attention to detail, pride in "invisible" work, and a proactive, anticipatory service mindset
- High level of professionalism, reliability, honesty, and impeccable references
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while being flexible to family schedules
- Knowledge of proper care for luxury materials, fine fabrics, and high-end home finishes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for occasional errands)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Warm, positive personality with a genuine enjoyment of contributing to a happy family home
