Housekeeper

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join a dedicated team at an ultra-high-end private residence in Aspen, CO. Reporting to the House Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the home to “white glove” standards. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, team-oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail, including strong laundress skills and a demonstrated flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine and deep cleaning: Maintain a large private estate to “white glove” standards, including cleaning floors, rugs, windows, bed linens, and furniture.
• Specialized Care: Clean and polish high-end surfaces, fine art, antiques, and luxury furnishings, including silver, brass, bronze, gold, and crystal.
• Laundry Care: Manage fine linens and delicate fabrics with expertise, including washing, starching, pressing, ironing, folding and storage.
• Organization: Proactively maintain the neatness and organization of closets, cupboards, and storage areas.
• Guest Preparation: Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are always immaculate and guest ready. Provide turndown service when rooms are occupied.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the current team following established protocols, systems, and task schedules. Point out any noticeable damage and/or potential damage throughout the home.
• Event Assistance: Provide support for events hosted at the residence, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: Proven hands-on cleaning skills with exceptional attention to detail. Must have knowledge of how to care for luxury materials, fine fabrics, and delicate furnishings. Previous experience working for an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family is essential.
• Professionalism & Demeanor: A professional, respectful, and positive demeanor. Ability to handle confidential information and valuable belongings with discretion and care. Required to maintain a neat, conservative appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Soft Skills: Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork: Comfortable working in a team-based, formal household where mutual respect and shared responsibilities is expected.
• Flexibility & Travel: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the residence.
• Legal & Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check, possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a spotless driving record, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• COVID Vaccination: Required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption.
• Language: Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits package:

• Pay: The pay rate is $30-$35 per hour, DOE. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience. Overtime may be available.
