Position: Full-Time Traveling Nanny / Housekeeper
Location: Minnesota / Los Angeles based (with additional travel at times)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (two guaranteed days off; schedule may shift based on family schedule)
Hours: 8–10 hours per day (mostly late mornings through evening; flexibility required for some earlier mornings through afternoon / early evening)
Compensation: Approximately $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview
A warm, active family is seeking an experienced, full-time Traveling Nanny / Housekeeper to work in a collaborative, tag-team capacity with a very hands-on mother. This role is ideal for a mature, energetic professional who is comfortable flexing between infant care and household support throughout the day. When the mother is occupied, the nanny will take the lead on childcare; when the mother is with the baby, the role shifts to housekeeping and household duties. Flexibility, teamwork, and a calm, proactive mindset are essential.
Primary Responsibilities
Childcare (Shared Responsibility)
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for a newborn/infant (currently approximately 3 months old)
- Support feeding routines, naps, and age-appropriate developmental activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the baby
- Travel with the family as needed
Housekeeping & Household Support
- Perform daily household upkeep, including:
- Laundry
- Cleaning kitchen and bathrooms
- General tidying and periodic deep cleaning
- Assist with light cooking and meal preparation (washing/chopping vegetables, simple prep, groceries)
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in shared spaces throughout the day
- Support smooth transitions between residences and prepare the home for arrivals
Pet Care
- Assist with care of the family’s friendly 25 lb dog, including daily walks, feeding, and basic care
- Coordinate dog routines in collaboration with the family, who are also very involved in the dog’s care
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive newborn and infant experience (required)
- Comfortable working in a tag-team dynamic with an actively involved parent
- Energetic, experienced, and able to keep up with a busy household
- Flexible and travel-ready
- Willing to shift seamlessly between childcare, housekeeping, and light pet care
- Bilingual / Spanish is a plus
- Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented
