About the Role
We're a private family in West Los Angeles looking for a great Houseman. If you have solid experience in household maintenance, cleaning, and property care, we want to hear from you! You'll need to manage various tasks and work well with our other staff members.

Responsibilities
- Cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Exterior maintenance, light repairs, outdoor cleaning, and general upkeep.
- Handle heavy lifting and move furniture.
- Care for outdoor areas like patios, terraces, and gardens.
- Support other household staff.
- Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition.
- Help with dropping off and picking up luggage.
- Know your cleaning equipment and surfaces.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within private households.
- References: Verifiable references from previous employers.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on high-quality cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Physical Fitness: Must be fit enough to handle heavy lifting and strenuous tasks.
- Repairs Knowledge: Basic knowledge of household repairs and maintenance is a plus.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
