Location: Based in New York City

Compensation: $110k plus full health benefits 

 

A prominent, travel-heavy household seeks a highly organized and intuitive Personal Hospitality Assistant (PHA) to support a dynamic principal with multiple residences across the U.S. and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-oriented role and loves creating seamless hospitality experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel ahead of the principal to various homes (domestic and international) to prepare for their arrival
  • Stock each residence with personalized items, groceries, and essentials
  • Liaise with household staff at each property to ensure everything is ready and up to the principal’s standards
  • Conduct walk-throughs and troubleshoot any potential issues in advance of the principal’s stay
  • Provide hands-on support during travel and transitions between properties

Requirements:

  • Based in NYC with the ability to travel frequently and on short notice
  • Valid passport and driver’s license
  • Previous experience in hospitality, private service, or similar high-touch roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in coordination with various household teams
