Full Time Nanny - Scarsdale, NY

Position: Full-Time Career Nanny
Location: Scarsdale, NY
Children: 2 Years + Infant
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00am–6:00pm
Compensation: $30 - $35/hour 
Type: Live-in or Live-out (flexible)

Start Date: June 2026 in Scarsdale - OR April 2026 starting in NYC 

About the Role

Warm and kind family relocating from NYC to Scarsdale is seeking a seasoned, career nanny who truly loves children and is happy to assist with light household support. The ideal candidate is physically active, nurturing, organized, and flexible. This is a long-term role for a professional nanny who enjoys being part of a team and growing with a family.

There is currently a baby nurse who will remain for approximately four months after the baby’s birth. The nanny will primarily care for the toddler at first and then transition into caring for both children once the baby nurse departs.

Primary Responsibilities

Childcare:

• Provide attentive, loving care for toddler and infant
• MUST have infant experience (as young as 3-4 months old)
• Transport children to preschool, library, and activities (short local drives)
• Prepare meals for the child and baby
• Child-related laundry
• Keep children’s areas clean and organized
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and outings with a focus on development

Household Support:

• Tidy up play areas and common spaces
• Pick up toys and maintain daily order
• When children are in school in the future, assist with light house management tasks

Pet Care:

• Family has a lovable, hypoallergenic dog — must be comfortable with dogs

Compensation & Benefits

• $30 - $35/hour with guaranteed hours
• 3 weeks paid vacation:
• 5 consecutive days (family chooses)
• 5 sporadic days chosen by family
• 5 days chosen by nanny
• 5 paid sick days
• All federal holidays paid
• Health insurance not provided
• Live-in or live-out option available
