This is a long-term, high-trust role for a professional who can combine strong executive-function skills and managerial capacity with a grounded, wellness-oriented approach.
Core Responsibilities
• Serve as the principal’s key point of coordination for home and life logistics.
• Manage projects across household, vendors, contractors, insurance, and light business matters; track timelines, deliverables, and follow-through.
• Oversee day-to-day household operations: vendors, repairs, scheduling, organization, and basic systems.
• Prepare simple, healthy meals; manage household supplies; coordinate and care for two dogs.
• Drive the principal to appointments and errands; assist with basic travel logistics (packing, arrangements, confirmations).

• Core hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with reasonable flexibility as needed.
• Two regular overnights per week at the residence are required, plus occasional additional nights a few times per year by mutual agreement.
• Two days off per week; specific days may shift depending on the principal’s schedule.
Experience & Qualifications
• Approximately 7–15 years of experience in high-trust support roles (Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, Household or similar).
• Experience in at least one private home and at least one structured environment (office, clinic, studio, or wellness/hospitality) and able to bring organizational structure into the home.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and keep principals informed with clear, concise status updates.
• Confident handling vendors and service providers, including sourcing, scheduling, quality control, and issue resolution.
• Strong executive-function skills: planning, systems, follow-through, documentation, and time management.
• Professional, polished presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable with a home-centered role that includes two regular overnights per week on-site.
Wellness & Working Style
• Health- and wellness-oriented; maintains personal practices that support steady focus and resilience (e.g., yoga, meditation, breath work, somatic or other holistic approaches).
• Calm, even-keeled, and solutions-focused under pressure; able to adjust pace and communication style to support a principal who is detail-oriented and sensitive to stress.
• High EQ and good judgment; able to maintain appropriate boundaries while being warm and service-oriented.
