This Palm Beach family is looking to replace their Housekeeper/Cook of 5 years for the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts. The position is generally 9 am to 8 pm and includes making breakfast for Grandad at 9:30 or 10. He eats the same scrambled eggs, sometimes oatmeal, juice, and coffee each day. If he feels like a late lunch, it could consist of Chicken salad or some fish, but lately he's been eating his dinner of Fish or a protein and maybe a vegetable. He would be very happy with macaroni and cheese every day, but his daughter, who is currently living with him, would rather he not. She is a vegetarian and pretty independent, he husband comes in on the weekends, and her college-age children come to visit regularly. Although this is a large home, it is relatively easy to clean. Grandad likes his things tidy and left alone, but the floors, the kitchen, the baths, and the laundry are the main focus. This is not a hard job, but there is always something to do. After Mr. eats, you clean up dinner and the kitchen, and you are free to go. Must have excellent housekeeping skills and be comfortable in the kitchen. Verifiable reference necessary.
