Spanish Speaking Nanny - NYC / Hamptons

Position: Full-Time Spanish-Speaking Nanny
Location: NYC
Child: One 3-month-old baby
Schedule:

• 5 to 6 days per week (flexible structure)
• 10-hour shifts (typically 8:00am–6:00pm or 9:00am–7:00pm)
• Hamptons in the Summers from mid May to mid August (Mon - Thurs live-in , Fri - Sun go home)

Compensation:

• UP to $110,000 per year

Benefits:

• All holidays off
• Two weeks off over Christmas (family travels)

About the Role

Warm family is seeking a Spanish-speaking nanny with extensive newborn experience. This role is ideal for a nurturing, seasoned caregiver who enjoys guiding new parents. The family is looking for someone with true loving, patient, and calm energy — while also being modern, active, and up to date on current newborn care practices and products.

This position is very baby-focused, with light household support related to the baby.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care for a 3-month-old baby
• Support mother with infant care and routines
• Bottle feeding and transitioning from milk to purées
• Steaming and preparing vegetables and baby food
• Maintain baby’s schedule and daily routines
• Stay up to date on newborn products and safety best practices
• Light tidying and household tasks related to baby
• Assist with grocery shopping as needed

Household Environment

• Family has an assistant and a housekeeper
• Role is focused almost entirely on baby care
• No driving required
• Family has a small, senior dog (15 years old)

Ideal Candidate

• Spanish is first language (strongly preferred)
• Extensive newborn experience
• Nurturing, patient, and calm
• Knowledgeable about baby products and feeding transitions
• Active and modern in childcare approach
