A lovely family of four (plus two well-behaved pups!) is seeking a Housekeeper/House Manager Extraordinaire to join their vibrant home in Naples, Florida. They're not just looking for help—they're looking for a long-term teammate who values mutual respect, clear communication, and a genuine heart for service.
This is a live-out, full-charge position where no task is too small and no detail goes unnoticed. The home is 2,500 sq. ft., but the pace of life is full and fast-moving. With two growing boys (ages 10 and 12), two friendly dogs, and two hardworking business-owner parents, they need someone who’s proactive, capable, and confident managing a home solo.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:

Full-charge housekeeping: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, windows, deep cleans

Laundry, ironing, and making magic out of wrinkled shirts

Light snack prep for the boys after school

Managing household errands: grocery shopping, dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off

Letting the dogs out and ensuring pet areas stay tidy (pet lovers only, please!)

Keeping an eye on contractors and helping manage vendors (pool install coming soon!)

Being the go-to person when Mom or Dad isn’t home—someone who thinks ahead and takes initiative

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to ~4:30/5:30 PM (approx. 35–40 hrs/week)

$35/hour, with paid time off (PTO) included + discretionary bonus for longevity

Must have own vehicle (no car provided)

Candidate will undergo full background check, social media check, 10 panel drug screening and DMV check

Must have impeccable references and a proven history working in similar-sized homes

Fluency in Spanish is a major plus—the family is eager to learn and practice!
