Overview

A private ultra-high-net-worth principal seeks a hands-on Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations, care, and presentation of a waterfront residence in the South Florida Keys.

This is a foundational, first hire as the estate continues to build its long-term structure. The role offers the opportunity to establish systems, define service standards, and become a trusted presence within a highly private environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full oversight of residence, grounds, and overall property readiness

• Hands-on housekeeping, organization, and household management

• Laundry, wardrobe care, and provisioning

• Vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and service oversight

• Delivery of high-level hospitality and guest services

• Airport pickups, guest arrivals/departures, and event support

• Light cooking and kitchen organization as needed

• General oversight of landscaping and exterior presentation

Schedule

• Typically 5 days per week with flexibility

• Weekend availability required

• Seasonal variation based on occupancy

Accommodation

• Private cottage provided on the property

• Furnished 1-bedroom residence with utilities included

Compensation
