Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Head of Personal Assistants to lead and manage a team of 6 EPAs, supporting a high-profile family who own and operate a highly successful international tech company. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the EPA team delivers consistent, high-level support across a complex and fast-moving personal and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of 6–7 high-performing EPAs
  • Ensure tasks are distributed fairly and efficiently, and all team members are aligned and meeting deadlines
  • Foster a collaborative, professional and friendly team culture with high attention to detail and discretion
  • Oversee the broader household operations, including coordination with a 15–20 person domestic team
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the family, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and proactive issue resolution
  • Manage complex international schedules for the family, including business meetings, personal appointments, and private jet travel
  • Work closely with PAs to synchronize logistics and respond to last-minute changes with flexibility and precision
  • Oversee planning and execution of high-end personal events, ensuring alignment with the family’s preferences and standards
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers globally to ensure flawless delivery
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between the family and the EPA team
  • Ensure timely updates, clear instruction flow, and rapid response to requests and changes
  • Ensure all activities reflect the utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Maintain elite service standards while quickly identifying and addressing red flags or service gaps
  • Anticipate family needs and mitigate issues before they arise
