Seeking a highly qualified Personal Assistant with a TRUE 24/7 work ethic. Must be polished, proactive professional who brings strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a hands-on work ethic. This role is ideal for someone in a strong mid-career phase who is confident taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being deeply involved in daily operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, solutions-oriented, and energized by growth, while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor management and supervision
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues with discretion and judgment
  • Calendar management and e-mail monitoring
  • Build systems to keep organization
  • Organization of the home and storage units
  • Monitoring supplies, clothes and household items and ordering new items as needed
  • Assist with household management tasks and concierge services (such as gifting and running errands), and travel preparations (packing and unpacking)
  • Coordinate and organize projects such as travel and special events

Qualifications:

  • Adaptable and thick skinned with the ability to remain calm and composed during demanding periods
  • Comfortable with modern technology and digital systems - social media fluent
  • MUST have in-home assisting experience.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-starter and motivated and “can do” attitude
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Flawless integrity and utmost discretion
  • Flexible hours with availability to travel as needed
  • MUST currently live in the Palm Beach area.
