Estate Housekeeper

A private family in the Bozeman area is seeking an experienced full-time housekeeper to support the daily operations of a large private residence. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in caring for high-end homes, furnishings, and fabrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping and deep cleaning of the primary residence
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the home
• Manage household cleaning routines and schedules
• Oversee seasonal housekeeping support during busy periods, if applicable
• Perform laundry duties including washing, ironing, steaming, and care of fine linens and garments
• Maintain organized closets and wardrobes
• Provide attentive and professional service to family members and guests
• Coordinate housekeeping priorities with household staff to ensure alignment with the family’s schedule
• Assist with additional household tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional housekeeping experience in a private home, luxury residence, or high-end hotel
• Excellent, verifiable professional references
• Experience caring for high-end furnishings, finishes, and delicate materials
• Strong laundry and garment care skills including ironing and steaming
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and hands-on approach
• Ability to work independently and maintain discretion in a private home environment

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round
• Typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• When the family is in residence, additional hours and overtime may be required

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $32 – $35 per hour
• Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week year-round
